These Terms of Use apply to scalesaathi.in (“ScaleSaathi”, “the site”). The site is owned and run by LendLink Tech Private Limited (CIN U74999NL2017PTC013422), C-31, Medikhru Complex, Razhu Point, Kohima, Nagaland 797001 (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What the site is
ScaleSaathi publishes free calculators, document generators, guides, comparisons and reviews for small businesses and professionals in India. Everything is free to use and no account is needed.
2. Information only, not professional advice
Our content and tools are for general information and education. They are not tax, legal, accounting, payroll, investment or other professional advice, and using the site does not create a client or advisory relationship with us. Before you file a return, make a payment, issue a document or sign a contract, check the figures with a qualified professional and the relevant official source. Our Disclaimer explains this in more detail and forms part of these terms.
3. Accuracy and prices
We work to keep pages accurate and we show when facts and prices were last checked. Even so, providers change prices and plans and governments change rules, sometimes without notice. We do not guarantee that any page is complete, current or free of errors. The provider’s own website and the official source are always the final word. If you find a mistake, please tell us at contact@scalesaathi.in.
4. Using our calculators and generators
- The tools run in your browser. Results depend on the values you enter and on the assumptions stated on each tool page.
- You are responsible for checking every result and every generated document before you use it. That includes GST rates, tax figures, names, numbers, dates and any wording in letters or invoices.
- Documents you create with our generators are yours to use for your own business. You are responsible for their contents and for whether they meet the legal requirements that apply to you.
- Some generators can save details on your own device in your browser’s storage. You can clear this with the button on the tool or through your browser settings. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Affiliate links and third-party sites
Some links are affiliate links and we may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Commercial links are labelled. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
When you follow a link to another website, that site’s own terms and privacy policy apply. We do not control third-party sites, products or services and are not responsible for them. Any purchase, subscription, refund, support request or dispute is between you and that provider.
6. Acceptable use
You may read, share links to and use the site for your own personal or business purposes. You agree not to:
- copy or republish our articles, tools or code in bulk, or present them as your own;
- scrape, mirror or frame the site, or use automated tools to load it in a way that harms its performance;
- try to break, probe or get around the site’s security, or upload or send anything harmful;
- use the site for anything unlawful, misleading or fraudulent, including making false invoices or documents.
Short quotations with a link back to the original page are welcome.
7. Guest articles and other submissions
If you send us an article, correction or other material, you confirm that it is your own original work, that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that publishing it will not break anyone else’s rights. You allow us to edit, publish and keep it on the site. Publishing guest articles is free, and we never sell links. Links added by contributors are marked as sponsored or user content. We may decline or remove any submission.
8. Intellectual property and trademarks
The text, design, tool code and graphics on ScaleSaathi belong to LendLink Tech Private Limited unless stated otherwise. Product names, logos and brands mentioned on the site are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to identify the products we write about, and that use does not mean the owner endorses us or is connected with us.
9. Limitation of liability
The site and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, free of charge. To the extent the law allows, LendLink Tech Private Limited is not liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from your use of the site, from relying on its content or tool results, from a third-party product or website, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under Indian law.
10. Indemnity
If you misuse the site or break these terms and a claim is made against us as a result, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim to the extent the law allows.

12. Changes to the site and these terms
We may change, pause or remove any page or tool at any time. We may also update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after an update, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Kohima, Nagaland.
