What to expect
We aim to reply within a few business days. That is a practical target, not a contractual service level. Complex corrections that need checking against official pricing pages or government sources may take longer. If your message is urgent for a live transaction with a software vendor, contact that vendor’s support channel directly—ScaleSaathi cannot change their billing or access.
What to include for corrections
For factual corrections, please send:
- the full page address (URL);
- the detail that looks wrong or outdated;
- a reliable source where possible (for example the provider’s current pricing page or an official government document);
- your preferred contact email if it differs from the address you are writing from.
Material corrections are made on the page and the page date is updated. Our approach is described in the Editorial Policy.
Press, partnerships and product support
Press and partnerships: email contact@scalesaathi.in with a clear subject line (for example “Partnership enquiry” or “Press”). Describe the product or story briefly. Affiliate and commercial arrangements, if any, are disclosed on the relevant pages and in our Affiliate Disclosure.
Product support, billing and refunds: these must be handled by the product provider. ScaleSaathi publishes guides, comparisons and free tools; we do not operate the third-party products we write about, and we cannot issue refunds, reset passwords or change subscriptions for those services.
