Each one is free, needs no account and works out the answer inside your browser. The tax and labour rules behind them are taken from official government sources and dated, so you can see when they were last checked. What each tool does

Salary Calculator

Turns an annual CTC into monthly in-hand pay for FY 2026-27, the first tax year under the Income-tax Act, 2025. It applies the new regime slabs, where income up to ₹12 lakh gets a rebate of up to ₹60,000, and the ₹75,000 standard deduction. Use it before accepting an offer or planning your monthly budget.

GST Calculator

Adds GST to a base price or takes it out of an inclusive one, and shows the CGST, SGST or IGST split. Since 22 September 2025 the main rates are 5% and 18%, with 40% for a few goods. Use it when checking a supplier’s bill or quoting a customer.

Gratuity Calculator

Checks eligibility and the gratuity amount under the Code on Social Security, 2020, in force from 21 November 2025. For monthly-paid staff the amount is monthly wages divided by 26, times 15, for each completed year of service. Fixed-term employees qualify after one year.

Profit Margin Calculator

Works out margin, markup and selling price from your cost, including GST and marketplace fees. Margin is profit divided by price, while markup is profit divided by cost, and mixing the two is a common pricing mistake.

Discount Calculator

Finds the final price after one or more discounts and adds GST where needed. Two discounts of 20% and 10% give 28% off, not 30%. Under GST, a discount shown on the invoice is left out of the taxable value.

PF Calculator

Splits the monthly EPF contribution and projects a retirement balance. The PF wage ceiling rose from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 a month on 17 September 2026. The employee pays 12%, and the employer’s 12% goes 8.33% to the pension scheme and 3.67% to EPF.

HRA Calculator

Works out how much of your house rent allowance is tax-free under Section 10(13A) and Rule 2A for FY 2026-27: the least of actual HRA, rent minus 10% of salary, and 50% (metro) or 40% (non-metro) of salary. Metro means Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata or Chennai. Available only under the old tax regime. Pairs with the rent receipt generator.

TDS Calculator

Estimates tax deducted at source for FY 2026-27 under the Income-tax Act, 2025 (s.393 rates and thresholds), including contractors, rent, professional fees, 194Q goods, property and no-PAN higher rates. Shows whether the threshold is met, the rate used and net payable. Runs in your browser.

Leave Encashment Calculator

Works out how much leave encashment is tax-free under Section 10(10AA) for FY 2026-27: the four limits including the ₹25 lakh ceiling (Notification 31/2023), government vs non-government, during service or on retirement/resignation/death, plus a separate payroll payout estimate. Runs in your browser.

WhatsApp API Cost Calculator

Estimates your monthly WhatsApp Business API bill in rupees: Meta’s per-message rates from 1 October 2026 for marketing, utility and authentication templates, your provider’s markup or platform fee, and 18% GST on top. Runs in your browser.

AI Subscription Cost Calculator

Pick ChatGPT, Google AI, Google Workspace, Claude or Microsoft 365 plans for 1 to 50 users and see the monthly and yearly cost in rupees, with 18% GST added only where the price excludes it. It also finds the cheapest plan set for your tasks. Open the calculator.

How these tools are built

  • Every rule comes from a government source such as the Gazette of India, PIB, CBIC, the GST Council, EPFO, the Labour Ministry or the Income Tax Department.
  • Each calculator page shows the date its facts were last checked. All eleven were checked between 22 and 26 October 2026.
  • The calculators run in your browser. Their code does not send the numbers you enter over the network.
  • There are no affiliate links on the calculator pages.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to register to use these calculators?

No. All eleven are free and open without an account.

Are my salary details saved or shared?

The calculation happens in your browser and the calculator code does not send your figures anywhere. The website does use analytics and cookies, as explained in the privacy policy.

Which financial year does the salary calculator follow?

FY 2026-27, the first tax year under the Income-tax Act, 2025, which applies from 1 April 2026.

What GST rates can I use?

The main rates since 22 September 2025 are 5% and 18%, with 40% for a small list of goods and 3% for gold, silver and jewellery.

Why has my PF deduction changed?

From 17 September 2026 the PF wage ceiling is ₹25,000 a month instead of ₹15,000, so PF is now worked out on wages up to the higher limit.

Is a fixed-term employee entitled to gratuity?

Yes. Under the Code on Social Security, 2020, fixed-term employees qualify after one year of service, on a pro-rata basis.

Can I file returns using these results?

Use them as careful estimates. Your exact facts can change the answer, so confirm important figures with a qualified professional.
