Choosing BUSY accounting software makes most sense when bills, stock and customer payments need to stay connected. A wholesaler tracking several item sizes has a different need from a freelancer sending a few service invoices. Choose the edition around that work, not just the cheapest price.
Our view: BUSY deserves a place on the shortlist for stock-heavy shops, traders and distributors. For a new GST-focused setup, start by comparing BUSY Magic Smart with a written BUSY 21 Standard quotation. Consider a higher edition only when a specific control or capacity limit justifies it.
The key buying check: ask whether the quotation is for BUSY Magic, BUSY 21 or BUSY Online. These names do not describe the same licence, renewal or way of accessing your accounts.
Before you sign a BUSY quotation
- Magic list prices cover 360 days, before GST (seen 31 Oct 2026): Start ₹5,000, Smart ₹8,000, Power ₹12,000 and Power+ ₹50,000 (10 users, 150 companies). These are public plan prices, not a quote for installation, extra users or cloud access.
- Start is not the GST plan. BUSY positions it for non-GST businesses. Printing tax on a bill does not give you Smart’s GST work.
- BUSY 21 is a different licence. Single-user perpetual licences are Basic ₹11,000, Standard ₹16,500 and Enterprise ₹22,000. BLS renewal is ₹4,000, ₹6,500 or ₹7,500 per 360 days. If BLS lapses, the software keeps working but updates and BLS-linked features stop.
- Basic, Standard and Enterprise are one-time licences: BUSY’s pricing, product and renewal pages (seen 31 Oct 2026) list ₹11,000/₹16,500/₹22,000 as perpetual prices; the 360 days applies to BLS. Ask for the licence type and BLS period on the quotation.
- 360 days is not a year. If one ₹8,000 term covers exactly 360 days, staying on through day 365 means paying for a second term: ₹16,000 before tax.
- The licence is one line of the bill. In our example, ₹8,000 for Smart plus ₹1,200 setup, ₹800 training and ₹1,200 backup/support (made-up allowances) comes to ₹11,200, or ₹13,216 at 18%.
- Remote access costs extra. BUSY Online costs ₹10,800 per 360 days on the Access plan or ₹16,800 on the SQL plan, before GST, with one company. The desktop software runs on Windows.
- Don’t pay for “upcoming”. Job-work and multi-branch under Power are labelled upcoming, and AI Voucher Scan does not work in Demo Mode.
- Use the 15-day trial on a sample company: do a stock transfer, a sale, a return and a part payment, then export your records and restore a test backup.

Who should consider BUSY accounting software?
A shop or wholesaler with detailed stock
Put BUSY on your shortlist when you track batches, item sizes, serial numbers or more than one stock location. Ask for a demonstration using your hardest everyday bill, not a ready-made sales example. For a cost and feature comparison with TallyPrime, read our Tally vs Busy comparison.
An owner with a bookkeeper or accounts team
It is a sensible option when one person bills customers and another checks payments, stock and the books. Agree what each person may view or change before choosing the licence.
A very small service-only business
Compare a simpler invoicing or online accounting tool too. Paying for detailed stock controls is unnecessary when your main task is sending a few invoices and collecting payment.
BUSY Smart documents detailed stock and payment features, including batches, multiple units and customer balances. Those features are the reason for our stock-focused recommendation—not proof that every business needs them. See the Smart feature list.
Before choosing any product, use our accounting software selection checklist. Decide who will do the daily entries and who will review the month-end reports.
BUSY Magic, BUSY 21 and BUSY Online: what is different?
BUSY Magic is the newer product family with Start, Smart, Power and Power+ subscription plans. BUSY 21 has separate perpetual and subscription choices. A perpetual licence means buying ongoing use of that software, while updates and linked services can still need renewal. BUSY 21 licence choices.
BUSY Online is the separate cloud option for remote access. BUSY Mobile supports selected work from a phone and connects with the wider BUSY setup. Neither name should be treated as an automatic extra included in every desktop quotation. BUSY Online · BUSY Mobile.

Ask the seller to write the product family, edition, billing period, users and access method on the quote. “BUSY with GST” is not a precise enough description. Keep that quote with the order confirmation.
BUSY Magic prices: Start, Smart, Power and Power+
The official price cards, seen 31 October 2026, list these amounts before GST for 360 days. They are public plan prices, not a full quote for installation, extra users or cloud access. Check BUSY’s price cards.
Start — ₹5,000 / 360 days
A lower-cost starting point for billing and accounting. BUSY positions it for non-GST businesses, even though the feature list includes tax-related billing options. Do not assume that printing tax on a bill gives you Smart’s GST workflows.
Smart — ₹8,000 / 360 days
The practical starting point for a GST-focused comparison. Its documented scope includes GST work and detailed stock handling. Check the exact users and usage allowance in your quotation.
Power — ₹12,000 / 360 days
Consider it for needs such as multiple GST registrations in one company and stronger database/control requirements. Several advanced functions are listed as upcoming; see the warning below.
Power+ — ₹50,000 / 360 days
The higher-capacity offer. The price card lists 10 users and 150 companies. Do not pay for that capacity unless your business actually needs it.
A “company” here is a set of business records in the software, not necessarily a branch or a separate legal entity. Have the seller explain how your actual businesses, registrations and branches fit its counting rules.
The price page allows additional users on some Magic plans, but do not calculate a second user’s cost by multiplying the headline price. Obtain a quote for the complete setup. Likewise, ask how the stated e-invoice/e-way-bill allowance is counted, when it resets and what happens if you exceed it.
BUSY 21 prices and BLS renewal
BUSY’s dedicated BUSY 21 price list, seen 31 October 2026, gives these single-user perpetual licence references: Basic ₹11,000, Standard ₹16,500 and Enterprise ₹22,000. The product information still shows the subscription options Blue ₹5,000, Saffron ₹8,000 and Emerald ₹10,000 per 360 days, but the BUSY 21 pricing FAQ says the Blue edition is no longer sold in India and was discontinued on 15 September 2026. If a dealer quotes Blue, ask in writing whether it is old stock or a renewal of an existing licence. Compare BUSY 21 prices.
BUSY calls its update-and-service entitlement BLS: BUSY License Subscription. Its published 360-day single-user BLS renewal prices, seen 31 October 2026, are ₹4,000 for Basic, ₹6,500 for Standard and ₹7,500 for Enterprise. These are renewal amounts, not new licences. BLS renewal prices and terms.
For a perpetual licence, BUSY says the software remains active after BLS expires, but updates and BLS-linked features become unavailable. That distinction matters if your daily process depends on connected GST functions. A subscription is different: continuing use depends on renewing the subscription.
Treat these as one-time licence prices: on 30 October 2026 a FAQ on the BUSY 21 pricing page still described the ₹11,000/₹16,500/₹22,000 figures as “per 360 days”. But BUSY’s main pricing FAQ says BUSY 21 is a one-time licence fee, and its product and renewal pages classify Basic, Standard and Enterprise as perpetual, with 360 days applying to BLS. Still ask for the licence type and BLS period in writing. BUSY 21 pricing page.
For an existing customer, compare the cost of keeping the current edition, renewing BLS and migrating to Magic. A new product name alone is not a reason to move settled records.
Multi-user BUSY 21 prices and renewal offers
Most traders I advise outgrow a single user once a second person starts billing at the counter. BUSY’s licence renewal price page, seen 31 October 2026, lists these multi-user figures, before GST:
| BUSY 21 edition | New licence | BLS renewal per 360 days |
|---|---|---|
| Basic multi-user | ₹25,000 | ₹8,500 |
| Standard multi-user | ₹40,000 | ₹14,000 |
| Standard, each additional user count | ₹10,500 | ₹4,000 |
| Enterprise multi-user | ₹58,000 | ₹17,000 |
| Enterprise, each additional user count | ₹14,500 | ₹4,500 |
The same page offers up to 30 bonus days if you renew before expiry, 20% off a 1,080-day renewal, and a 720-day extension at 30% off within 75 days. The Mobile App renews at ₹3,600, or ₹2,700 when bought on the same day as BLS. Put the renewal date in your compliance calendar: an early renewal is cheaper than a lapsed one that has to be restarted at the wrong time, just before a GSTR-1 due date.
Some reseller and comparison pages still quote “lifetime” prices such as ₹9,999, ₹14,999 and ₹19,999. Those do not match BUSY’s current list, so treat them as old figures and ask for a quote on the dealer’s letterhead.
What BUSY can help with during a normal working day
Keep billing and customer payments together
Smart lists quotations, orders, invoices, credit notes and bill-by-bill payment tracking. In plain English, that means checking which particular bill a receipt or adjustment belongs to, instead of seeing only one total against a customer. Smart’s billing and payment features.
For your demo, ask: “Can the next person see which invoice this payment settled?” Then check a part payment and a return. The customer statement should show the remaining amount clearly.
Know where your goods are
BUSY Magic’s documented stock tools include multiple warehouses and item-level controls. A warehouse or godown is simply a place where you keep stock. Variants distinguish, for example, a blue medium shirt from a red large one. BUSY Magic stock and document tools.
Avoid creating one generic item called “shirts” when separate sizes affect purchasing and sales. Bring two real product descriptions to the demo and ask the operator to find their separate quantities.
Check GST records without treating the software as the decision-maker
Smart lists GST return comparisons and purchase-credit matching. Matching means checking whether two records agree—for example, your purchase entry and the details available through the GST system. A mismatch still needs someone to investigate it. Documented GST functions.
Have your accountant approve tax codes and the required document process before using live records. A GST feature is a tool; it is not a promise that every transaction will be classified correctly.
Control who can change important records
BUSY documents user permissions and edit-history controls. Give billing staff only the access they need and identify who may correct or approve records. Ask the demonstrator to show an attempted change using a restricted login. BUSY Magic access-control information.
Two feature checks that can change the buying decision
Do not buy an upcoming feature as though it already works
The current Magic pricing matrix labels items such as job-work and multi-branch management under Power as upcoming. Smart also has an upcoming-features list. Broader product pages may describe a wider ambition, so use the exact version and feature demonstrated in your quotation. Check the upcoming-features labels.
This matters for a business sending goods outside for processing or sharing work across branches. Ask: “Can you complete this process in the version you are selling today?” A promised later update should not be the only way to perform a task you need now.
AI Voucher Scan has a specific demo restriction
BUSY’s scan documentation says the tool requires Magic version 1.2 or above and an internet connection. It accepts supported images or PDFs, up to ten pages per purchase bill, and is not available in Demo Mode. AI Voucher Scan requirements.
A voucher is an accounting entry. This tool reads a bill to help prepare that entry; staff should review the supplier, amounts and tax before saving. When scanning is essential, arrange an authorised demonstration of that feature rather than assuming it will work in the ordinary demo.
E-invoice, e-way bill and audit trail: what BUSY actually covers
For a GST-registered business, the plan decides how much compliance work happens inside BUSY. The BUSY Magic price page, seen 31 October 2026, caps automatic e-invoice and e-way bill generation at up to 10,000 on Smart, 20,000 on Power and 50,000 on Power+. Start is sold for non-GST businesses. Ask your dealer how the count is measured and when it resets. A distributor raising 40 e-way bills a day will cross 10,000 in well under a year.
Power also allows several GSTINs in one company. GSTR-9 dashboard, TDS/TCS reconciliation and filing, and a GST filing assistant are still marked upcoming, so keep your current return process until they ship.
Audit trail matters if your business is a company. Under the Companies (Accounts) Rules, companies keeping books in software must, from 1 April 2023, use software that records an edit log which cannot be disabled. BUSY’s audit trail guide says the option may already be on if you entered a GSTIN or CIN when creating the company, and that “Detailed Audit Trail” cannot be switched off once enabled. Its audit trail help answers go further and say the feature cannot be disabled at all. Two points from those pages are worth knowing before an audit: the log only records changes from the day it was switched on, and nothing is sent to the government automatically. Proprietors and ordinary partnership firms are outside this rule but still benefit from the log.
Desktop, cloud or phone: choose the access you actually need
BUSY’s desktop help describes Windows-based use. A desktop subscription does not, by itself, turn the application into a browser tool for every device. For a Mac-only or remote team, ask for the supported access setup to be demonstrated before paying. BUSY device and export guidance.
The BUSY Online page, seen 31 October 2026, now prices the Access plan at ₹10,800 per 360 days (each additional company ₹7,200) and the SQL plan at ₹16,800 per 360 days (each additional company ₹13,200), before GST, with one company included. A quarterly option is also offered on that page; ask for its written price before choosing it. The wider BUSY product catalogue and BUSY’s main pricing FAQ use the same 360-day period, so check the coverage dates on your invoice. Also confirm the licence entitlement, company count and access method covered by the quote. Do not add a desktop licence automatically—or assume it is included—without that confirmation. BUSY Online pricing.
BUSY’s own pricing FAQ works through a Standard single-user licence with BUSY Online Access: ₹27,300 for the first 360 days (₹16,500 licence plus ₹10,800 Online, mobile app included), then ₹20,900 a term at renewal (₹6,500 BLS, ₹10,800 Online, ₹3,600 mobile), or ₹20,000 if you take the same-day mobile bundle. Add 18% GST to each figure for your cash budget. BUSY pricing FAQ.
Mobile access is another choice to define. Ask which work the included Lite app supports, its credit allowance, and which actions need the desktop or a different paid entitlement. For an owner checking stock on a phone, report access may be enough; a field salesperson entering orders needs a different demonstration. BUSY Mobile workflow.
For local installations, identify who owns backups and restores. For hosted access, identify who handles recovery and how you can obtain a usable copy of your records. Keep the business’s recovery email and administrative access under its own control.
A simple BUSY cost example: the licence is only one line
Here is an illustrative first-360-day budget using Smart’s public ₹8,000 base price. Setup, training and backup/support below are invented budgeting allowances, not BUSY charges. Assume the quoted base licence meets the example’s user needs.
Software
₹8,000 for the example’s first 360-day Smart term, before GST.
Setup and training
₹1,200 setup + ₹800 training. Replace both allowances with written quotes.
Optional backup/support
₹1,200 total for the same period. Enter zero only when no separate charge is confirmed.
₹8,000 + ₹1,200 + ₹800 + ₹1,200 = ₹11,200 before tax. At an assumed 18% on every line, the estimated payment is ₹13,216. The workbook lets you change each line’s tax rate and whether tax is already included.

This is not a claim that your bill will be ₹13,216. Extra users, data cleanup, custom printing, hardware, cloud access and future renewal may change it. Request separate lines for these rather than accepting a vague “complete package” price.
Compare cash payable, not a figure reduced by presumed tax credit. This worksheet does not determine whether you can claim input tax credit.
Why 360 days is not the same as a full year
A 360-day subscription ends before a 365-day planning period is over. If continued access requires another full subscription, that next payment can fall inside your first-year cash budget. The exact dates and any extension depend on the written terms.
For example, assume a ₹8,000 payment buys exactly 360 days and the next identical term also costs ₹8,000. To fund uninterrupted access over 365 days, you would pay ₹16,000 before tax for two terms covering 720 days in total. You have paid ahead beyond the first year; you have not consumed ₹16,000 of service during that year.
The free workbook separates these ideas: one-term cost, payments needed during a chosen period, and unused coverage at the period’s end. It does not assume a future price is guaranteed or treat 360 days as twelve calendar months.
How I budget and book a BUSY purchase
Prices checked 30 October 2026. When a client buys BUSY, I first settle what kind of cost it is, because that drives both the budget and the books.
- BUSY 21 Basic, Standard and Enterprise are one-time licences. The BUSY pricing page says that with BUSY 21 you pay a one-time licence fee, and the BUSY licence renewal page calls these plans perpetual. The 360 days applies to BLS, the update and service subscription, not to the licence itself.
- BUSY Magic is subscription only. Start, Smart, Power and Power+ each buy 360 days, and the pricing page says Magic has no perpetual plan.
- GST comes on top. BUSY’s own pricing FAQ gives Smart as ₹9,440 including 18% GST on ₹8,000. A GST-registered business can usually claim that as input tax credit when the software is used for the business, subject to the normal conditions.
Because the terms are 360 days, each renewal falls about five days earlier every year. Diarise the expiry date from the invoice, not the purchase month. The renewal page offers up to 30 bonus days for renewing BLS before it expires and 20% off a 1,080-day renewal, so an early, longer renewal can be the cheaper choice if you are confident you will stay.
| Item | Before GST, seen 30 Oct 2026 | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| BUSY 21 Standard, single user | ₹16,500 | One-time licence |
| BLS renewal, Standard single user | ₹6,500 per 360 days | Updates and services |
| BUSY Magic Smart | ₹8,000 per 360 days | Subscription |
For the books, a one-time licence is a purchase you may capitalise under your accounting policy, while BLS and Magic are prepaid services that you spread over the period they cover. Ask your auditor which treatment fits your size of business.
Try this stock-transfer check before moving your records
BUSY advertises a 15-day trial. Use a separate sample company and clearly labelled test records; do not create live tax documents for a software exercise. Official trial information.
This fictional example checks a common trading problem: moving goods between stock locations must not create another sale. Use two stock locations inside one company record, the same item and unit throughout, and no losses or other movements. This is not a demonstration of separate-company consolidation.
- Start: keep 20 units in the main godown and none at the branch.
- Transfer: move 4 units to the branch. Total business stock is still 20.
- Sell: sell 3 branch units at ₹500 each, before tax.
- Return: accept 1 resalable unit back at the branch and reverse that unit’s ₹500 charge.
- Receive: record ₹600 from the customer against the bill.
- Check: main stock 16, branch stock 2, total stock 18; customer amount still due ₹400 before tax.

The calculation is ₹1,500 billed − ₹500 return adjustment − ₹600 received = ₹400. GST, costs and profit are deliberately outside this exercise. Your accountant should specify the real tax and return-document treatment separately.
Also ask staff to print a usable invoice, locate an old entry, export records and restore a safe test backup. Watch where they need help. This tells you more about the setup’s fit than a long feature list.
For several legal entities or separate GST registrations, do not apply the simple stock-transfer exercise as tax guidance. Ask for a demonstration that follows your accountant’s required process.
Agree on support and migration before payment
Ask who does the work: the BUSY team, a local partner, your accountant or a separate IT provider. Write down who handles installation, data import, training and a failed restore, plus any separate charge. Confirm refund or cancellation terms before authorising payment.
BUSY documents import routes including Excel and XML. These are ways to move structured data; they do not by themselves prove that every attachment, opening balance and transaction will transfer correctly. BUSY import guidance.
Move a small sample first. Compare customer dues, supplier dues, cash, bank and stock totals with the old records. Resolve the differences before importing the rest. Keep the old records available until the accountant approves the move.
Request sample exports too. A report saved as a PDF is useful to read, but another accounting system may need structured transaction data. Get both where needed. Our business software buying guide explains how to organise this wider handover.
For help, BUSY lists a 24/7 support line on +91 82 82 82 82 82. Start includes email, WhatsApp and call support, and Power adds premium voice support. In practice much of the day-to-day help comes from your local dealer, so ask who picks up the phone on the last day of a GST return. On Capterra India, BUSY holds 4.2 out of 5 from 50 reviews (as reported, 31 October 2026); the complaints there are mainly slow support and BLS price rises, so get the renewal price written into your quote.
BUSY or Tally: where the choice usually turns
This is the question most owners ask me after seeing a BUSY demo. Both handle GST billing, stock and the books for a typical Indian trader. The difference shows up elsewhere:
- Your accountant. Many CAs work in Tally every day. If yours sends data back and forth, check that they will accept BUSY exports before you switch.
- Stock detail at a lower entry price. BUSY Magic starts at ₹5,000 per 360 days, and its Smart plan bundles auto e-invoice and e-way bill. BUSY 21 Standard lists batch-wise stock with manufacturing and expiry dates, which suits pharmacies and FMCG distributors.
- Moving your data. BUSY publishes a Tally-to-BUSY import utility that reads Tally XML exports. Opening balances and stock still need a manual check after import.
Comparison pages online disagree, partly because several are written by Tally or BUSY dealers. For a side-by-side of prices and features, read our Tally vs BUSY comparison.
When another option may fit better
Only a few invoices each month
Compare a focused invoicing tool before buying a larger stock-and-accounting package. A clear invoice, payment record and accountant handoff may cover the immediate task.
Your current accounts already work well
Check whether better setup or staff training solves the problem first. Moving clean records to a different product has a cost even when the new licence looks cheaper.
You need shared browser access first
Compare a quoted BUSY Online setup with a browser-based accounting service. Make each seller demonstrate the actual devices, users, exports and recovery process you need.
For service-led businesses, our accounting and invoicing comparison gives a wider starting shortlist. Use it to compare the kind of workflow—not to assume different tools offer identical stock controls.
Download the BUSY budget and demo workbook
Free Excel planning workbook
Compare complete quotations, separate tax-inclusive and tax-extra amounts, plan 360-day renewals and check the stock example.
Start with Official Prices, then enter your quote in My Budget. A blank cost means unknown—not free. Use 360 Day Check to estimate the number of prepaid terms in your chosen period. Record only demonstrations actually completed in Demo Tasks.
The workbook is a buying aid. It does not access BUSY, migrate accounts, issue GST documents or certify the software. Its worked numbers are examples, and future renewal rates are editable assumptions.
Our verdict: choose the BUSY setup that solves your daily work
BUSY is worth considering for businesses where stock detail, customer balances and billing belong in one routine. The strongest reason to buy is a demonstrated fit with that routine—not an AI label, a large feature count or an introductory price.
For a new GST-focused business, compare Magic Smart with the relevant BUSY 21 Standard offer. Choose Power or Power+ for a specific, available capability or capacity requirement. For remote work, get the separate access arrangement and price in writing.
Before ordering, you should be able to answer four questions: Which exact product am I buying? Can it complete my required tasks today? What cash will I pay now and at renewal? Can I recover and export my records? When those answers are clear, the purchase becomes much easier.
Frequently asked questions
Is BUSY accounting software free?
BUSY Express is listed as a free edition. It is different from the temporary trial of a paid product. Check Express against the exact billing, GST, access and reporting tasks you need before choosing it.
What is the starting price of BUSY Magic?
The official price page, seen 31 October 2026, lists Start at ₹5,000, Smart at ₹8,000, Power at ₹12,000 and Power+ at ₹50,000 for 360 days, before GST. Obtain a quotation for your user count, setup and any extras.
Which BUSY edition should a GST business compare first?
Magic Smart is a useful starting point because it includes documented GST and detailed stock functions. Compare it with a suitable BUSY 21 Standard quotation. Choose from your actual required tasks, not the edition name alone.
Does BUSY Magic have a lifetime licence?
The current Magic pricing FAQ says no. BUSY 21 has separate perpetual options, with BLS-linked updates and services to consider. Ask for the product family and licence type to be written on the quotation.
Does a perpetual BUSY licence need BLS renewal?
BUSY says the perpetual software remains active after BLS expiry, while updates and BLS-linked features stop. Renewing the software’s services and buying a new licence are different decisions. Confirm the features needed for your work.
Can I use BUSY from a phone or a remote location?
BUSY has mobile and Online products, but they are not interchangeable with a desktop licence. Confirm which tasks, people, companies and devices the quoted setup covers.
Can I try AI Voucher Scan in Demo Mode?
BUSY’s scan help says it is unavailable in Demo Mode. The documented requirements include Magic 1.2 or above and an internet connection. Arrange a suitable authorised demonstration if scanning is important.
Is a 360-day price the full cost for my first year?
Not necessarily. Continued access through day 365 may require the next prepaid term, unless your terms provide an extension or another arrangement. Separate cash paid during the year from the period that payment covers.
Will the Excel workbook calculate my tax entitlement?
No. It applies the amounts, tax rates and tax-display choices you enter. It does not decide GST classification, input tax credit or the correct treatment of a sale, stock movement or return.
What should I check before migrating to BUSY?
Try sample imports, compare opening and closing balances, check stock quantities and inspect exports. Keep the original records and agree who is responsible for setup, review, backups and recovery before transferring all the data.
Is BUSY software free or paid?
Paid, with one free option. BUSY Express is listed as free with limited features. Magic plans start at ₹5,000 per 360 days and BUSY 21 single-user licences at ₹11,000, before GST. BUSY also offers a 15-day free trial.
Which is better, BUSY or Tally?
Neither wins for every business. BUSY is often cheaper to start and strong on stock detail, while Tally is more common among accountants. Check what your CA uses and test your own bills in both before buying.
How much does multi-user BUSY 21 cost?
BUSY’s renewal price page, seen 31 October 2026, lists Basic multi-user at ₹25,000, Standard multi-user at ₹40,000 and Enterprise multi-user at ₹58,000, before GST, with BLS renewals of ₹8,500, ₹14,000 and ₹17,000 per 360 days.
How much does BUSY Online cost?
The Access plan is ₹10,800 per 360 days and the SQL plan ₹16,800 per 360 days, before GST, with one company. Additional companies cost ₹7,200 or ₹13,200.
Is the Blue edition of BUSY still available?
BUSY’s BUSY 21 pricing FAQ says Blue is no longer available in India and was discontinued on 15 September 2026, although the products page still lists it. Compare Saffron or Emerald instead.
Can I switch off the audit trail in BUSY?
Not for a company. BUSY turns it on automatically where a GSTIN or CIN was entered for a company, and says Detailed Audit Trail cannot be disabled once enabled. The log only covers changes made after it was switched on.
What is the BUSY customer care number?
BUSY lists +91 82 82 82 82 82 as its 24/7 support line. Your authorised dealer may handle installation and first-level support, so keep their number too.
