Extra users and companies (Nano, Basic, Silver): ₹3,000 each for the licence (₹3,540 with GST). Each extra user adds ₹1,050 to the yearly ARC, and each extra company adds ₹1,030.

Which Marg edition do you need?
Single user vs multi-user
- One person billing at one counter: Nano or Basic is enough on paper. Basic gives one user full rights.
- Owner who wants to view, plus one billing user: Silver includes one view-only user at no extra cost.
- Several staff entering bills, or many companies: Gold has no user or company cap. Compare it with Silver plus extra users: Silver with 3 extra users costs ₹13,900 + ₹9,000 = ₹22,900 before GST, close to Gold’s ₹26,000, and Gold’s renewal terms differ.
Nano limits by version
Nano is the cheapest edition, but each version has a sales or bill limit and is meant for a certain type of business:

Inventory and multiple locations
Marg lists “multi locations (godowns)” as a Marg ERP 9+ feature. Ask Marg which edition you need for the number of godowns you run.
E-invoice and e-way bill

Is Marg a one-time payment? Licence vs yearly renewal
Marg’s price list shows a one-time licence price plus a yearly renewal fee (ARC). The ARC covers the licence fee and upgrades for one year, two troubleshooting visits, a second free view-only user and free phone support. So the one-time licence does not include ongoing updates; those come with the yearly ARC. Ask your Marg partner what happens if you skip ARC.
Marg ERP 9+ vs MargBooks (online) pricing
MargBooks is Marg’s own cloud billing and accounting product (“a product of Marg ERP Ltd.”, per margbooks.com). It works differently from Marg ERP 9+:
