3-year plans cost less per year. Gold Desktop for 3 years is ₹9,099 before GST, about ₹3,033 a year, against ₹4,099 for a single year. Divide any 3-year price by 36 to compare cost per month.
Renewal: Vyapar’s terms say licences do not renew automatically; you must renew by hand. Refunds: 100% if asked within 7 days of purchase, only for plans of one year or longer; convenience fees are not refunded.

Stay on free if you send a few invoices and one device is enough.
