Short answer: pick a business task below, such as a payment reminder, a festival offer post, a product description or a job post, add your details, and this free generator writes a complete prompt to paste into ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or Copilot. It has 48 templates made for Indian businesses, works in English and Hinglish, warns you before you paste Aadhaar, PAN or bank details, and runs fully in your browser with no sign-up.

How to use it in one minute
- Choose a category and template, or tap one of the popular tasks.
- Pick your business type and type the details for this task: names, amounts, dates, what you sell. Leave out ID numbers and bank details.
- Choose tone, the language you want the answer in, length and format.
- Copy the prompt and paste it into your AI tool. If the AI asks questions, answer them.
- Read the answer, fill any [placeholders], and check every number and date before you send it.
The 5-part prompt formula
AI tools give better answers when you tell them clearly what you want. Anthropic and Google both recommend being clear and specific, giving context, and showing examples. Every prompt this generator builds follows the same five parts, plus an optional example:
- Role: who the AI should act as, for example "an accounts-receivable manager who collects money politely".
- Context: your business, city, audience and the facts for this task.
- Task: exactly what to write, in one clear instruction.
- Rules: tone, language, length, Indian formats (₹1,25,000, DD-MM-YYYY) and "do not invent facts".
- Format: a WhatsApp message, email, table, steps or post.
The "prompt strength" bar above the prompt shows which parts you have filled. Adding your own details and an example of a message you liked makes the biggest difference.
Before and after: three Indian business examples
1. Payment reminder for a hardware shop in Indore
Before: "write payment reminder"
After (built by this tool, answer in Hinglish):
Role: You are an experienced accounts-receivable manager at an Indian small business, who collects money politely without losing the customer. Context: - My business: Retail shop / kirana - Business name: Gupta Hardware - City or area: Indore - Details: Customer: Sharma ji (regular buyer) Invoice INV-112, ₹18,500, due 30-10-2026 Payment by UPI or bank transfer Task: Write a polite first reminder to a customer whose payment is due. Mention the invoice number, amount and due date, make paying easy (UPI ID or bank details placeholder), and keep the relationship warm. Rules: - Tone: friendly and warm. - Write the answer in natural Hinglish: Hindi and English mixed, written in Roman (English) letters, the way people in India text on WhatsApp. Do not use Devanagari script. Avoid formal or shuddh Hindi words; keep everyday English words such as payment, order, invoice, delivery and offer in English. - Keep it short: the shortest version that still does the job. - Indian context: show money as ₹ with Indian digit grouping (for example ₹1,25,000), use lakh and crore, and write dates as DD-MM-YYYY. - Do not invent facts, prices, offers, legal rules, tax rates or dates. If something is missing, put it in [square brackets] for me to fill in. - If any point depends on a law, tax rule or platform policy, mark it 'check with official source or CA' instead of stating it as certain. - Before you reply, check your answer against every rule above and fix anything that breaks one. Output format: A ready-to-send WhatsApp message. Use short lines, at most 2 emojis, and *bold* only for the key detail. Before you start: If anything important is missing, first ask me up to 3 short questions, then wait for my answers. If you have enough, go straight to the answer.
The kind of reply to expect (your AI's wording will differ):
Namaste Sharma ji 🙏 Aapke invoice *INV-112* ka ₹18,500 ka payment 30-10-2026 ko due hai. Aap UPI se [UPI ID] par ya bank transfer se pay kar sakte hain. Payment ho jaaye to bas screenshot bhej dijiye, receipt turant share kar denge. Dhanyavaad! [Aapka naam], Gupta Hardware
2. Product description for an online bedsheet seller
Before: "describe my bedsheet"
After:
Role: You are an e-commerce copywriter who writes product listings for Indian buyers on websites, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and WhatsApp catalogues. Context: - My business: Online / D2C seller - Details: Cotton bedsheet, double, 2 pillow covers, 144 thread count, 5 colours, ₹899 Task: Write a product description for my product: a short title, 5 benefit-led bullet points, a 60-word paragraph, and key specifications in a table. Use only the details I give; mark anything missing as [add detail]. Rules: - Tone: friendly and warm. - Write the answer in simple Indian English. Short sentences, no difficult words. - Medium length: complete but no padding. - Before you reply, check your answer against every rule above and fix anything that breaks one. Output format: Short headings with bullet points and a table where useful. Before you start: If anything important is missing, first ask me up to 3 short questions, then wait for my answers. If you have enough, go straight to the answer.
3. Festival post for a sweet shop
Before: "diwali post for my shop"
After: pick Instagram and Facebook posts → Festival offer post, business type Retail shop, and type the details: "Diwali gift boxes, 500 g and 1 kg, 10% off on orders above ₹2,000 till [date], order on WhatsApp [number], home delivery in Jaipur". Tick Give me 3 versions. The prompt asks for a strong first line, the offer in plain words, the last date, how to order, hashtags and a photo idea, and tells the AI not to make up any offer you did not give.
Writing in Hinglish that sounds natural
Most AI tools write stiff, textbook Hindi unless you tell them otherwise. When you choose Hinglish, the prompt tells the AI to mix Hindi and English in Roman letters the way people text on WhatsApp, to avoid heavy words like "bhugtan" or "anurodh", and to keep words like payment, order, invoice and delivery in English. If the first answer still sounds formal, reply with: "Thoda aur casual banao, jaise dukaan wale bhaiya WhatsApp pe likhte hain."
Good Hinglish sounds like: "Aapka order dispatch ho gaya hai, kal tak pahunch jaayega." Machine-sounding Hinglish sounds like: "Aapka aadesh prerit kar diya gaya hai."
What not to paste into any AI tool
- Aadhaar numbers, PAN, passport or voter ID numbers
- Bank account numbers, card numbers, IFSC with account details, UPI PINs, OTPs and passwords
- Customers' phone numbers, addresses and purchase history linked to their names
- Staff salary slips or personal records with names
- Client ledgers or GST data with names, unless your firm has approved that AI account for client work
Replace such details with placeholders like [customer name] or [amount] and fill them in after the AI replies. The generator checks what you type for common patterns, such as 12-digit numbers, PAN-style codes, IFSC codes, mobile numbers, email addresses and words like OTP or password, and warns you. It cannot catch everything, so check yourself too.
Common mistakes
- One-line prompts. "Write a post" gets a generic post. Give the offer, the last date and how to order.
- Trusting numbers. AI can make up GST rates, due dates and prices. Check them on the official site or with your CA.
- Not saying the format. Ask for a WhatsApp message, and you get short lines instead of an essay.
- Sending without reading. Fill every [placeholder] and read it once as your customer would.
- Messaging people who did not opt in. WhatsApp's policy requires opt-in before you send business messages.
- Offering gifts for Google reviews. Google's review policy does not allow incentives in exchange for reviews, so the review template never suggests one.

Frequently asked questions
What is an AI prompt generator?
It is a tool that turns a short idea, such as 'payment reminder', into a full set of instructions for an AI chat tool. A good prompt tells the AI who to act as, what your business is, what to write, the rules to follow and the format you want. This generator builds that for you, with Indian business tasks ready to pick.
Is this prompt generator free? Do I need to sign up?
Yes, it is free and there is no sign-up or login. It runs fully in your browser, and what you type is not sent to ScaleSaathi or anyone else.
Which AI tools can I use these prompts with?
Any text AI chat tool, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Microsoft Copilot. The prompts are plain text, so you copy and paste them. Results differ a little between tools, so read the answer before you use it.
Can I get the answer in Hinglish or Hindi?
Yes. Choose Hinglish (Hindi and English mixed in Roman letters, the way people text on WhatsApp), Hindi in Devanagari, or English plus Hinglish together. You can also switch the tool itself, and the prompt, to Hinglish with the button at the top.
What should I never paste into an AI tool?
Aadhaar numbers, PAN, bank account and card numbers, IFSC with account details, passwords, OTPs and UPI PINs, and customers' personal details such as phone numbers and addresses. Use placeholders like [customer phone] instead. The generator warns you if it spots any of these in what you type.
Why does the prompt ask the AI to ask me questions first?
When details are missing, AI tools often guess, and guesses about prices, dates or rules can be wrong. Asking up to three questions first gets you a better answer. Untick the option if you want an instant answer with [placeholders] instead.
Can AI give me correct GST rates or tax rules?
Treat any rate, due date or legal point from an AI as a draft to check. The prompts for payments, accounts, letters and staff tell the AI to mark such points for checking with your CA or the official website, rather than state them as certain.
Where are my saved prompts stored?
Only in this browser on this device, using its local storage. They are not uploaded. If you clear your browser data or use another device, they will not be there. You can delete one or all of them at any time.
What does the share link contain?
By default it contains only your choices, such as template, tone and language, not the details you typed. Tick 'Include my details in the share link' only if you are happy for anyone with the link to see them.
Can I send AI-written WhatsApp offers to all my contacts?
Only to people who have agreed to get messages from you. WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy says you may contact people only if they gave you their number and opted in to receive messages from you. The broadcast template also adds a line telling people how to stop messages.
